The company history of KWS K\u00f6lle GmbH special tool construction<\/h1>\n<\/div>

2018 Chistian Streit takes over KWS K\u00f6lle GmbH
\n<\/strong>\u00a0For reasons of age, Helmut H\u00fcbner hands over the company to his nephew Christian Streit in spring 2018, who is now the new owner and managing director of the Mauerstetten company.<\/p>\n

2016 Expansion of the production area
\n<\/strong>\u00a0With the construction of building 2, the production area was expanded by 450 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n

2009 Extension of the company building<\/strong>
\nThe size of the company was expanded by 50% and a new administration building was erected.<\/p>\n

2004 Extension of the company building<\/strong>
\nKWS is on an expansion course and is expanding the existing building with an extension and 300 m\u00b2 of additional production space.<\/p>\n

2003 Helmut H\u00fcbner becomes the new owner and managing director of KWS<\/strong>
\nAt the end of 2002, for reasons of age, the shareholders handed over the company to Helmut H\u00fcbner, who has had a successful tool shop since 1986.<\/p>\n

1991 Karl K\u00f6lle retires<\/strong>
\nAt the end of 1991, Karl K\u00f6lle, the company founder and managing director, left the company and went into retirement.<\/p>\n

1988 new building and relocation<\/strong>
\nA new company building was erected at the current location in Mauerstetten, which KWS moved into in 1988.<\/p>\n

1981 Conversion to a GmbH <\/strong>
\nThe Karl K\u00f6lle company is transformed into KWS K\u00f6lle GmbH. Karl K\u00f6lle, Peter John, Klemens Posselt, Kurt Klumpp and Wilfried M\u00fcller are the shareholders in the new company. In the following\u00a0years, new employees are hired and KWS invests in the latest CNC technology. In the mid-1980s, the premises in Frankenhofen were too small and KWS K\u00f6lle expanded.<\/p>\n

1978 Company foundation<\/strong>
\n<\/b>After the closure of WMW Siemens in Kaufbeuren-Neugablonz, seven former employees set up their own company headed by Karl K\u00f6lle with headquarters in Frankenhofen.
